    I made some game purchases in 2016, that I no longer seem to have access to. I have checked all my Microsoft accounts to see if I may have mistakenly bought it under one of those, however I was unable to find them. I do have the Paypal purchase receipts,
    but when support chat tried to look up the transaction IDs they weren't able to find a match. I'm not sure who I should contact about this.

    Never mind. I did end up finding the page I was looking for. This is no longer an issue.

    restore previous purchase

    Hi,

    I've bought Reckless Racing ultime in 2013 and alos bought Gymkana DLC. Now im in win 10 I can install the game but it seems I've to bought the DLC Gymkana again ?

    I can't find any "restore" function in game

    The best thing to do is to check your Account here - https://account.microsoft.com/

    And see if you can see your purchase.

    If not, contact sales support with your paypal information and they should be able to see what happened with the purchase.

    There could be other reasons for the games not showing, for example if the game was pulled from the market by the publisher. Or was removed and replaced with another version of the game e.g. GOTY.

    They wouldn't directly remove it.

    If any changes come to the game that affect it the devs can cause it to be removed I believe.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution was taken off the Xbox Market Place.

    This wasn't intentionally done by Microsoft, in fact it was decision done by the developer of the game, CyberConnect2. This usually occurs due to a licensing issue.

    I have ran into the same problem myself with one of my favorite games,
    Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World: The Game    . Ubisoft lost the license to the game and thus they were forced to have to take the game down from the same market place.

    The only way to get these games now is through your
    download history    , as they are only up on the Xbox 360 Marketplace merely for archival purposes.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    Hello, some games are removed from the store now and then but as you discovered if you previously purchased a game that has been removed from the store you can still download it from your download history.

    There is a few games that get removed from the store, if you have previously purchased it, there is a good chance its still available to download on your ready to install list
