Previous months Daily Challenge Badges no longer showing in Taptiles Version 4.2

I have just updated Taptiles to the latest version via the Windows 8.1 Store App, and to stop the adverts I then purchased the 12 months Premium edition, however now the only Daily Challenge Badges, which are showing as being earned are for August 2014 and the
Bronze Badge I have just won.

Taptiles problems - we need your help!

Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

 

Error 002000 Solutions not working

It's the 2nd of May and they're still not loading. The Arkadium website says they ceased the Taptiles Saga game on 30th April, so I'm guessing Taptiles is also no longer supported, at least as far as producing new Daily Challenges.

If so, it is a shame as I've been doing them for ages now. Gold badges since December 2012!

 

Yes just updated game all badges earned since January have gone .Fix

 

I see only the Medals from 2013 and all from this year are gone, I hope they fix it, I need only one silver and one bronze Medal to complet this game.

 

all my badges are gone from March of 2013 and all of this year the only badges that are showing are April 2013. I want all my badges back that I earned from this year and last year

 

update: i try to get this month a bronze badge and hope for the achievement for the 12 Bronze Badges, but NOTHING!!! The game stole me 7 Bronze and 6 Silver Badges. On my Desktop Pc is the older Taptiles Version, i can log in in this and see all my old badges
(8 Gold 9 Silver and 11 Bronze), but on my Laptop with this buggy new version nothing from this year ;(. I hope I can complete it on my Desktop Pc before this newer version install automatically.

 

The team is aware of this issue, and are working toward a fix. Your badges are not lost, they're just not displaying correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

and how long it will take? Is it possible to get a update this month?

 

It's a priority issue, and will be fixed as soon as possible.
