    Microsoft Bingo has not Connected to Server for now over Three Days - MS Case Number 1403390248

    For the last three days, many users have been posting messages in the Microsoft Support Page - http://aka.ms/msbingost. In this site, you will views hundreds of posts highlighting
    a problem with the Microsoft Bingo game not opening, due to a Server Connection Error. I have contacted Microsoft Tech Support and had a technician access my laptop to view the error. He tried to msconfig, WSReset.exe, reset the app. I also ran the Windows
    App Troubleshooter and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, without any success in resolving this issue. The MS Case Number on file is 1403390248.403390248

    Will you please review the app to view the error and hopefully correct the problem in order that Microsoft Games users can access the app successfully again.

    Sorry to hear this Patricia. It sounds like this is a server problem with Bingo.

    But if you want you can go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done:

    This problem is widespread and it looks like Microsoft is not doing anything to actively fix it.

    You can try uninstall then reinstall the game and see if it works.

    Thank you for writing back. I had a tech support rep review my laptop and did not find anything wrong. Since this issue appears to be happening worldwide (based on all the community posts), there might be a problem with the app itself, which needs to be
    looked into.

    Is there any way the Microsoft Bingo app can be reset from Microsoft, then updated with a Windows Update download or from the Windows Store downloads and updates.

    Trish, I'm sure they're doing that since it's apparently widespread. This is a volunteer tech forums so Microsoft isn't actively monitoring it, but from your report this is something they've surely heard about.

    I'd give it a day or two.

    The link from which you took the screenshot is different from the one I shared with you in my previous response. You took the screenshot from the order history of your account, and in my response, I didn't instruct you to request a refund from that website.

    Have you tried using the link I mentioned before?
