Just be creative and try to find something unique its not that hard.

It can be anything just use your imagination.

Also you will be remembered by fellow gamers by what your gamertag is.

My friends know me as Wolfie due to my original gamertag so it seemed fitting to have a unique wolf themed gamertag when I lost my previous gamertag

Unfortunately it is going to be a little difficult for you since you have lost both your email and the gamertag. Is this gamertag connected to your current or previous microsoft account? If so that username should also be your gamertag i.e. mine is spyhadow,
it displays in my microsoft account.

hey guys. good evening. so I have an issue when I try and download my profile. The issue is everytime I go to recover my gamertag I get through the email and password portion. then as I go to choose a gamertag mine does not show up at the same time it freezes
my xbox up completely.

Neither of these solutions will work. Both solutions require logging into the gamertag. The gamertag requires the Windows Live account to be accessed but the Windows Live account is associated with gamertag BBB. So there is no way to access the AAA gamertag.
It's disconnected from the Live account so it's inaccessible. We have it and can select it but can not log into it. I am going to contact support and ask them if they can link the old AAA gamertag to the Live account.
