    Despite I have changed the email address of my account, I am still receiving emails on my old email address.

    Is there a way to ask Microsoft to fix this database issue ?

    Previous answers to my secret question i may have used

    The name of the credit card holder that i used once a long time ago on the account

    But still i get no reply, no aknowledgement and no help.

    Still receiving emails about Xbox Rewards

    Hello,

    Yes the emails contain details for my Mudplugger gamertag but they are addressed to the previous email address that used to be associated with my gamertag. When I migrated my gamertag to a new email address the rewards program never updated.

    Hi, thanks for your reply. Before i try it, i have one more question..if I create a new email address for my son and set it as the priority for his xbox sign in, will the previous email he's been using, (ie mine) still be active for me? Meaning I will

    hey there aversion x , sure can ! change your wlid to an alternate email address and then use live.com to add on previous wlid as an alternate email and you will still get your emails but have to sign in with a different email account. Happy Gaming

    If you are currently using a MS based email for your account and then change to using a new email address, that previous address will be deleted permanently. If you no longer use that old address you should be fine to change it.

    Thank you for your reply. As the email address is my previous one and is displayed when I try and redeem a code, if I redeem the code will it still be added to the account I'm using??
