Previous disabled account

My old account flappy8turtle was disabled permanently for an inappropriate picture as a gamer pic, i bought quite a few games digitally on that account and now i cant plah the games on my new account and lost out on multiple 60 and 20 dollar purchases,
can i get the games transferred to a new account or do i just lose all the money ive spent on buying games, i dont care about lost progress i just want to play the games again

It's risky, you could get banned and lose all your games. Here is a blurb from the terms of service:

"2.5. What limitations apply to my access and use of Microsoft and third-party content?

We may disable access to Microsoft and third-party content associated with your account for any reason. We may also remove or disable games, applications, content, or Services... for example, if you change your account to another region you may need to re-purchase content or applications that were available to you and paid for in your previous region."

Lending your account is against the terms & conditions,also,the chances of your account actually being hacked are extremely small.

When an account is banned you forfeit any content bought with that account.You cannot transfer purchases between accounts.

 

If the account was permanently banned, you forfeit anything on the account. Nothing can be transferred between accounts.

 

Can i get my account back?

 

You can try checking http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can submit a case review.
