PREVIEW

My xbox is on but isn't showing on my T.V. Nothing is wrong with the HDMI, Xbox support says it a problem with a preview update that corrupted my xbox. My games and apps also keep freezing for 30 min to and hour and then crash. My xbox also turns on goes
black, loads up.... then goes black again taking 2 hours and not even turning on. Xbox support also gave me these 2 trace codes

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access. You will then be able to ask for help regarding the languages being displayed.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!

If it was a preview update that corrupted your Xbox One, then you should post in the Preview Support Forums, not in the general forums.

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx You will get better and more specific help for any issues you are having.

 

xbox support said sometimes you preview forums will say not work or group not found. The moderator of the forums will provide access when gamertags are verified to be part of the program

If this is something that has been caused by a preview update, please could you verify that you have access to the preview forums?

If your getting a blank TV screen, then please take a look at this support article here:

Troubleshooting a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on. This will go through some troubleshooting steps for trying to resolve this issue your experiencing.

If you do find a bug/problem when your on Xbox, you do have a report a bug feature when you hold your Xbox guide button on your Xbox One Controller. This brings up three options for you to choose, one of them should be on the far right hand side.

My xbox one goes to My games and Apps and then it glitches and the screen goes black. I can't do anything from there. I did all the things support offered me and it still doesn't work. I need help.
