    Hello, I am registered in Xbox Insider, but my console is second-hand and I have just noticed that this one was previously registered on the programe, what makes that I have no control over the previsualisation of the stakes has days Xbox and I nai no contact
    on the one who possess the console before jaurais thus like knowing if we could remove the control which it has so that I can I have him(it)

    A preview program is that.. a preview. As stated earlier if everyone was in the preview program it wouldn't be a preview..... but I can play A World Of Kelflings before you.... lol yawn

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    It is a bug in Preview.

    It won't fix itself. It has already been noted by a member of Preview Staff and a fix will be forthcoming in an upcoming update.

    You should always post suspected Preview issues after a Preview update in the Preview forums not the General forums.

    Sorry you're having issues with the Preview App. Please note that even if you have a Preview OS installed, you will be updated to any full release version, even it it's not a preview. As such, you're not stuck on the preview OS ever. That said, this question
    would be better suited for the Preview forums. Please go to the Preview Program Support forums and repost this question there so a member of the preview team can help you.
