Preview user ?

Hello! If I understand correctly now, you no longer need an invite to sign up to be a preview user. Assuming you're on the latest public update for your Xbox, you should be able to find and download the Xbox Insider app on your console. Once you have that,
there's a way to manage your console's preview status and opt-in from within the app.

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer support for users taking part in the Xbox One Update Preview.

Posting over on the preview forums allows our preview team to offer support and take note of any issues users are having with. the preview.

if its still stuck on that screen I would contact xbox support directly and let them know you are in the preview and tell them exactly what happened. I reckon they will ask for you to send the xbox in and they will replace it. as they will want to know what
the issue is exactly that caused it.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Since it looks like you have not been invited into the preview program yet, I have bubbled this to the proper teams to have a look.

In the meantime, I would ask a friend to invite you into the preview program if you wish to be able to participate. I will come back to this thread as soon as I get an update!

OP, just because you are a PP member does not mean that your issue is tied to the PP. Hope you read the fine print.

And yes, I am speaking from Preview Program failure experience. My issue happened right after an update and I received a new console via Advanced Exchange while it was under warranty. After warranty has expired, user beware.
