Preview update

The update from 8/05/17 yesterday made my Xbox stop working, (error E101) I tried the site procedures but did not succeed. I got in touch with the support and was informed that I would need the repair, but that I would have to pay ... Is that right? A problem
caused by the update and I take the loss? I participated in the insider program from the beginning to 3 years giving my support to the console and the community and when I need the support is this what I get for my dedication to the platform?

A atualização de ontem 08/05/17 fez meu Xbox parar de funcionar, (erro E101) tentei os procedimentos do site mas não obtive sucesso. Entrei em contato com o suporte e fui informado que seria necessário o reparo, mas que eu teria que pagar... Está certo isso? Um problema
causado pela atualização e eu fique com o prejuízo? Participo do programa insider desde o início 3 anos dando meu suporte ao console e a comunidade e quando preciso do suporte é isso que recebo pela minha dedicação a plataforma?

October update

The October preview group is still getting new updates in the preview program. The latest one was last night. This will probably be the last update since it seems their are no known bugs in it. So probably by next week the Oct update will go live for normal users and us preview guys will get the Nov update towards Oct 20th or something.

This is just how the updates have been working lately.
