preview update

i talk with your agents and they told me to come to here for resolve my problem i had a problem that i been invited to the preview and the agent told me that i will get the preview update yesterday and i didn't got nothing and after i come to talk with the
next agent he told me that he lied to me and is randomly pick up and i am very disappointed because its not ok to promise something and not give it to me i will be very happy if someone here can resolve my problem

October update

The October preview group is still getting new updates in the preview program. The latest one was last night. This will probably be the last update since it seems their are no known bugs in it. So probably by next week the Oct update will go live for normal users and us preview guys will get the Nov update towards Oct 20th or something.

This is just how the updates have been working lately.

 

The next preview update has not yet rolled out for anyone in the preview program yet. It will not roll out until sometime this coming week.

Also, you say that you were invited to the program. Was it a friend who is already in the program who invited you? If so, did you download the Beta App and apply through it?

This is the only way to get in to the program. Xbox is not sending out program invites themselves anymore.

If your friend has invited you and you have applied via the app like I said then you can post in the preview forums support section for more assistance.

I would also recommend changing your gamertag before the PET enforce an action on it.
