Preview update sign in glitch

I think that I have read that there is a glitch with the preview update that causes a similar issue. Are they in the preview program? Also, check to make sure in your profile (and theirs) that Appear Offline is not selected.

I have a question for you okay. Are you signed into the latest preview update or in the preview program? If so it's best to report it as a issue and post in the preview forums.

No that doesn't work. I tried it already and I was thinking it could be cause I'm in the preview programme cause it happened around the time the latest update came out. So it could be just a glitch from the update. I'll try post in the preview programme
forum and see if anyone has the same problem.

No when I signed for preview I expected some glitches and issues but since it's a well built console I thought it would at least work this should not have happened, this isn't pc

Any questions/support requests for users in the Preview must be directed to the private Preview forums. Discussion of the Preview outside of these forums can be considered a violation of the NDA agreed to when you signed up for the Update Preview.
