so my friend invite me and after a week that i didn't got a code i go to talk with you support and he told me that i will come to here and i will get the code after 3 conversation that promise me a code finally i met Rei that told me to come to here and

Preview error code 0x80072efd

please remove my console (serial number:103276253948 ) from the preview program as this update fails on my console and I no longer wish to test these features. I'm unable to remove myself on the console due to this update error.

 

New Xbox one S

Am planning on getting an S. I'm in the preview program. My question is can I remove my serial number from the preview program with the new update (you have that option). Should I use that option or just un enroll from the program. Or should I wait and enroll
the S before un enrolling the xbox one.

 

Sorry but you were misinformed. Neither phone support nor people on the forums can grant you access to the preview.

The only way to get in is to be invited by a friend (as you have already done). After that you will have to wait to see if you are added to the program. An invite does not mean that you will be automatically accepted.
