Preview update on 06/11/15 has broke my console.

I have the new dash from the preview (however i cant access the preview forum to post there). My console update at 14:05 Fri 6th Nov since then nothing works. I can load to the dash but since then no games or apps will load. It makes the launch sound when
i click on the game/app icon but then nothing happens it doesnt move from the dash screen. If i click on some functions like 'report a problem' the console goes crazy. it keeps tryin to open but cant so just flashed between the dash and a message saying 'your
game will start sortly' but it never does and the only way to stop it is to switch the console off. Ive tried hard/cold boot ups and its not fixed it. I also couldnt access the network settings on the console, again it just wont open.

SInce then there was an update this morning about 10.45am ish. I can not acces the network settings but still get the same problems with everything else, no games will open or anything.

Im hoping im not the only one with these problems and someone else can help before i contact microsoft. I really wish I hadnt enroled for the previews as i now have a xbox i cant play. I have Halo 5 still sealed and cod also waiting to be played due to this
massive problem. I feel as though everytime i come to play m xbox one its just one problem after another and after 7 years of membership im really starting to loose faith.

Xbox Preview Program

I'm on the preview program and I can't update my console says I need a 2046MB. Update keeps resetting at 15% can u tell me where to get the offline update for preview members please

 

At least I know Im not the only one then. Hopefully some one will be bale to help. I was hoping that todays update would fix the problem but not so lucky.

 

hey guys your not the only ones this happened to i had it happen to me all i had to do was hard reset 10 or so times in a row and it started working fine just keep trying if that doesnt work there are instructions on how to reset your console to factory
default in other threads this also worked for several other gamers

 

I'll try hard restting it a few more times then mate. Bit nervous of factory reset at the moment incase it just bricks it.

 

Ive tried hard restting there about 8 times in a row...still no luck. Might try tomorrow again, failing that guess ill have to factory restore. Just gonna be a pain redownloading all my digi stuff again.

 

Purchased Halo 5 bundle, 1 week old. Having problems with the following:

-Powering on/off console via controllers guide button is inconsistent, works 1 out of 5 attempts.

-Cant select dash icons like games, settings, apps, messaging, etc... also console/controller shutdown doesn't activate. Makes the sound but no action happens.

-While playing a game or typing, the controllers will go nuts and randomly try to select everything.

You can try any hard reset combinations, but at best these 'fixes' will always be temporary.

I'm trying to work out if my console is packing it in or if it's a controller flaw.

 

Another update out today...still not fixed the problem. Still cant load any games or apps. Cant decide whether waiting until 12th for the dash to drop to everyone incase that update fixes or whether to factory restore tonight?
