Preview Update Issues.

Hello, I was using my xbox tonight, and it popped up and said its time to update. I started the update, it finished and my console restarted but now all I get is a black screen. I can hold the xbox button on my controller and it will display the power console
off screen, but if I try and select something the screen goes black again. I tried using my xbox app on my phone to open netflix, the netflix logo displays for a few seconds then my screen goes black again. I tried contacting xbox support and went through
all the troubleshooting that they could think of an nothing would fix it. Being that I am a preview member, they sent here to see if there is anything the preview support team could do.

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

 

Xbox live connection issue

dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..
