Preview Update Froze my Xbox up.

About two months ago an Xbox preview update was automatically installed into my console. The next day it seemed to be working fine but soon after it began freezing and it won't connect to the Internet. I cannot open any apps or even leave the home dashboard
for that matter. I need help with this. And don't tell me I need to reset it or restart it or restore it or unplug it. I've been with Xbox support and tried every one of those tricks multiple times. PREVIEW HAS BROKEN MY XBOX.

Xbox One NXOE update 18th Nov 2015 has seriously broken the console in many ways.

Same issue, since the latest update my friends list is frozen, and I cant access my synced saved games. (preview update)

 

Frozen on Applying Update

Hello - My Xbox One console has been frozen at the Applying Update screen for about 3 hours now. The status bar has been stuck at about 75%. I was wondering what I should do to fix this issue.

*I am a Xbox Preview Program member so it is probably a preview program update?
