Preview Update Forum_Group not found

Microsoft,

You gave us all plenty of warning about the party chat errors when attempting to connect to friends that aren't running the current patch, so I understand this much. BUT, you told us we would be able to
invite others to test the updates by visiting the 'Xbox Forums'. I have kept a close eye on the forums the past four days with no luck getting into the section where i would add gamer tags to beta test. I have let it slide until now because well...its
a beta...and bugs are always more bountiful than expected. I will hold out regardless until the end of this beta, but I really want to be able to give valid feedback about the update by testing the full features of the new 'Party Chat' etc.

I have visited the forums on several different devices and browsers to ensure it wasn't a problem on my end, and its not, the problem is not just with my account its with many. Please let us know what we are doing wrong if anything or just tell us
you *** up, I don't care....just give us an update on this subject to let us know what to expect and when we can expect it.

Last preview update knocked out my network adapter

Last preview update knocked out my network adapter and preview forums say group not found and 1-800-4myxbox says they cant help me....

 

i got in onthe xb1 preview program

I looked in the app again last night and under Quest I think it was, I found something to do and answered some questions.

 

I got invited and accepted into beta 2 days after it was released. I have downloaded 2 patches so far and have been getting error message "group not found" for well over a week now. I also do not have the ability to configure the volume control with kinect
by issuing the command " xbox volume up", I seen others who can adjust how much the volume gos up by but not me.

 

I too was aware of the initial chat problems. However, I accepted the beta with the premise that we would be able to add friends to the list. Now, the forum that we are supposed to use, hasn't worked since it was announced. The new season of clan wars for
ghosts starts tomorrow and my clan and I are being penalized because you guys can't get it together. Please fix your faulty product, take me off the beta list, or reimbursement for the time that I can't utilize my "ground breaking" technology and over $1000
worth of equipment just sits there.
