preview update crash

ok so I've contacted support posted in some forums and still no help. My Xbox first started by being slow and lagging out then my apps and games would crash or wouldn't start. Now my Xbox takes 10-15 minutes to start or won't start at all. I can't do anything
on my Xbox anymore. This started after the newest preview update. I've done all the trouble shooting steps that I can think of. Please help.

P.s. I'm not sure if this is the preview forum but I've tried loading and posting in it multiple times so I've just given up and am posting in the hopes of getting help.

preview update crash

So I've gotten with support and the forums and have gotten no help. My Xbox started being extremely slow and lagging after I updated the newest preview update. Then it started crashing apps and games or wouldn't start then. Now it takes 10-15 minutes to
start, half of the time it won't start at all. I've done almost all of the troubleshooting tips and resets to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am having this problem too. I am in the preview program and it started with the betas for the march update. It crashes randomly while watching TV and almost always crashes when bringing up the side guide. It's driving me nuts >_<

There will be a new version of Microsoft Edge coming with the spring update. It is currently with the Insider Preview program and I can say it is vastly improved and streams videos without crashing.

Joining the preview team also brings you responsibilities. This is a BETA program. expect crashes, disk reading issues, kinect issues since you will be dealing with beta updates.

I don't know if it's why I'm a preview member, and received a bugged update that "crashed" the controller. But, seriously, it's becoming impossible to play with this problem. Please Microsoft or anyone else, help me with it!
