preview update broke my xbox

So last night the new interface downloaded for me automatically, I suppose because I'm a preview member. Huge mistake by the way.... Because once the update was applied I can no longer use any apps or play any games online. A customer support tech who
was an arrogant moron told me that with the new update people are getting MTU errors meaning xbox thinks I don't have the bandwidth to use any services. He went on to tell me that there is nothing I can do to remedy this and I simply have to wait for a fix.
What the F?#£ why on earth woiks you, Microsoft, force an update on me that could posaobly block my system from functioning and give me no way to woelse around it. Unf&@^infbelieveable.... My wife and I use this device for all of our media consumption.
I can't believe you'd force people to consume a broken patch..

i opted out of the preview programme and the exit update where it reset my xbox broke it and now i am unable to do anything with it!!! Wtf???

Sorry you're having a issue the NXOE. As this is a preview feature the folks over in the preview forums would be the best to help with this problem. Head over to this link, and re-post your issue there.

 

I got the windows 10 update automatically and can't log in to my account. I asks for my password to sign in and I put in my password and then it looks like it's working and then it asks for my password. I can't sign in and play and getting ***. Already talked
to support and they said it's a migration problem and directed me here.

You'll have to be granted access by a member of official support. Sometimes access isn't automatically granted. I sent you a PM with the steps to fix your issue. You can read it at the bottom of the main forums page.

 

I downloaded the update and it changed my password and doesn't let me sign in
