PREVIEW UPDATE BROKE MY SYSTEM

Just a heads up I recently received my newest update for the "preview update" and it broke my system, it booted up to a black screen that after attempting all options recommended to fix it...none worked and my no matter how long I left the console on, the
screen stayed black, I tried the "xbox button on controller" fix didn't work..i tried the "hard reset" fix and didn't work..then the "flash drive" fix and also didn't work.

preview update broke my xbox

I downloaded the update and it changed my password and doesn't let me sign in

 

I received this email: Known issue for current preview update: Some users may notice their console powers up to a black screen, if you experience this, press the 'Xbox' button on your controller to go Home. Also, this would be better posted in the preview
forums.

 

Have you received the recent update which as fixes for this the only people that can help are in the preview forums
