Preview Update broke my console

So I have a day one edition Xbox one and it has served me well and never had any problems. I was playing cod last night and even watched a movie. I went to bed and woke up this morning and go to turn on my console and it would boot up for about a second
then shut off. I spent half an hour with one support representative and an hour with another and they couldn't do anything for me. The only thing that could have changed is my console was updated last night via the preview program and caused some kind of havoc
on my system. I really can't afford to buy a new console from a mistake not caused by me. Anyone experience similar issues?

If you believe the preview program / update broke your console and you talked to technical support via phone, online chat and they believe it as well the preview programs terms and conditions state that if the console broke down and the cause was the preview
update then they will repair the console free of charge.

So it's best to contact the customer support and see what they can do.

Update broke my console?

i have a 2009 made 360, i haven't played it for two months .today i turned it on,did the update and now my xbox can't read any disc.no games no dvds.

did everything,re download update...etc

same sh...t !

this is my third console which broke after 2-3 years.and i'm not even playing games on them ,just once in a while !

great way to forcing costumers to buy a new console ! Bill Gates can suck it !!!!!!!!!!!!(sony can suck it too!!)
