Preview Update and Backward Compatibility

Good day, Ambassadors. I am a member of the Preview update program and was expecting to be able to play my game disc and digital copy from my xbox 360 that shows in the backward compatibility list and so far none of them works.

I have been a preview member for a long time but when I go and check settings there is no update for Backwards compatibility.

Thanks for posting on the forums!

Currently, only a handful of games from the Xbox 360 work on the Xbox One.

They are working to add more.

No the thing is I'm a preview member but its not working none of the games are working and none of my downloaded games don't show in my Ready to Install

Sorry you're having issues with your 360 games. Please post in the preview forums for support on the preview issue. You'll likely get some better advice in that forum as it's geared to the preview audience.
