    Hey there, DaVeZ WaReZ! As Mister Quimby has stated, you will know you are accepted once you receive an Xbox Live message. Ambassadors reaching out to the preview team will not be able to assist you. Previously, the wording that support could see was misleading,
    however that has been adjusted. If support has notified you that you are not flagged for an official invite, then you will need to wait for the Xbox Live message saying you are accepted like other users that are waiting for it.

    If you would like to send in a complaint about this, then please do reach out to the legal department with the info that Daniel has given you.

    My guess is that consumer advocate talked to the preview team

    And added that note to tell you

    Support has no access to info about the preview acceptance

    Not being accepted other then the child account or enforcement action is just that thenprogram has been full and they were selective on the people theybpicked not to mention the very long waiitng list

    You will just have to wait like everyone else

    The waiting list is 100d long the preview team wont trll you where you are nor a timeline ehen you will be accepted

    Oh yeah - not to mention losing data due to factory reset as per support who know jack obviously.

    Refusing for whatever reason - fine. Lying to me is a different matter
