    Sorry to hear about any confusion that this may have caused! As stated above by onyx62is and ngocphi, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. Currently, the Preview Program has reached capacity. If you are accepted
    into the Preview Program, you will receive an Xbox live message with further details. Once again, I am truly sorry to hear about the confusion and frustrations this may have caused.

    Thanks for your input.

    Have now spoken to support - there is a message on my account now saying not selected for preview program. Thanks for your help guys. I will be escalating this as no reason to refuse i.e. its an adult account and never (never mind last months) had enforcement.

    Well not being accepted is a given you cant escalate it because the program is full

    Theynwont be accepting anyone for a very long time

    Escalating something when there is no more room wont help b there is a waiting list for spots you wjll just have to wait

    Priority goes to people before you on the waiting list

    The waiting list is 100d long the preview team wont trll you where you are nor a timeline ehen you will be accepted

    My guess is that consumer advocate talked to the preview team

    And added that note to tell you

    Support has no access to info about the preview acceptance

    Not being accepted other then the child account or enforcement action is just that thenprogram has been full and they were selective on the people theybpicked not to mention the very long waiitng list

    You will just have to wait like everyone else

    ngocphi, thats not the issue.

    The issue is being told accepted. Almost 2 months later now i'm being told today not the case. I'm not on any waiting list, apparently last week whilst complaint is in, i'm suddenly NOT ELIGIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was invited on 8th August, other people invited on 15th August, 17th August and 18th August - they got app exactly 2 days after. Again I HAVE PROOF.

    Again was told accepted on 25th August.

    The fact no one seems to understand or listen is winding me up further.

    You keep saying Support cant see anything, do me a favour and please call support and ask them to check if you are a preview member yourself as never once have they said to me that they cant see. If you remember a few posts back I was saying about level
    1/ level 2 and ticks e.t.c. Support told me.

    Anyway give up with it all, as typing this I just opened an email, been advised by Advocacy team to write in complaint to legal dept in UK. Talk about pushing pillar to post

    I'm sorry you're upset. However, as ngocphi has stated they do not have access to the preview program and so cannot give a definitive answer on whether or not someone is in the program.

    However, I have noticed that they do seem to tell everyone that they are, indeed, in the program whether they are or are not. No one here will be able to tell if someone is in the program or not either and calling them up won't work because if we are in
    the program we'll know and it won't mean anything.

    However, what I will do is contact someone from the preview team and let them know your concerns. They should be able to tell you whether or not you are actually in the program. But I must add that if you have not received a Live message inviting you to
    download the preview app you're more than likely not in.

    It's already be sent. Please be patient for a reply either from me or someone from the preview team. They are busy and may not get to it until after the weekend.

    In august they actually reduced the people being Cceptd and they were picky

    Certain regions certsin length etc

    Noonr knows the exact critieria but i. The words of the program manager herself we are going to pick the new enrollees to optimize the few spots for testing

    ngocpi, fair enough. To be honest, the majority of users that have enrolled will be due to backwards compat. However, how many will genuinely give feedback????????
