Preview programme update issue

I have been working with standard support over the last day as my Xbox has run into a number of problems since the latest preview programme update on the 10th Nov. The problem is that the system is no recognising my external hard drive from either USB port
or connecting wirelessly to any of my controllers. I cannot connect them wired either unless performing a 10second power button reboot for the system to start up with a controller plugged in. Standard support have said they have done all they can after performing
a full system reset back to factory and then updating again. Still these problems persist, also the power button takes a much longer time to recognise it has been pressed now. The system works it is just these issues with the devices. Please help...

A new update of the Xbox One is in preview; improves the party chat

Please note that Microsoft has just released a new update for the participants in the Xbox preview programme One; as mentioned previously, for December are not particularly important updates, and this goes to settle some issues relating to the group chat. As always, who is part of the preview can download it manually from the system settings and then take part in the various tests/surveys provided by the program's preview app.

 

No OS on boot

had this issue myself since the last update but i recently joined the preview programme dont worry it seems as though it was just an issue with last update
