    Preview Programme - I want out


    It appears to be a pretty complex procedure to get out of the preview programme. I unenrolled after an update caused all of my games and apps to stop working. The following update told me to factory reset my Xbox so I did, and after that the app had disappeared.
    Then came the update which I was told would remove my name from the Preview list. After speaking to microsoft support, I'm still on the programme. And I don't want to be anymore.

    Any help?

    I have a question! I need I need to confirm that I am not in the Xbox Preview programme! I factory reset my console fully after I opted out of the programme but the Preview Programme is still in the 'Ready To Install section'! All replies and help is appreciated!

    Thank you, i will try to find a friend with an xbox one and sign in to my account, and try to remove it from the preview programme as you suggest.

    Hopefully this will help, although I'm just wondering, how would my xbox that won't boot know that it is no longer in the preview programme?

    I suspect it wouldn't know and therefore would stop with the same error due to the older firmware in the OSU1 file.

    But at least worth a try, and when i do get this working again, i think i definitely want to be out of the preview programme after these problems.

    August update...

    ^Yes the 3D support will be available in the August update, Its supposed to be out already for those of us in the beta programme but I've not got round to trying it myself yet though. If anyone wants an invite to the preview programme chuck us a f/r with
    a message saying that you want an invite.
