Preview programme causing problems with xbox home

No that doesn't work. I tried it already and I was thinking it could be cause I'm in the preview programme cause it happened around the time the latest update came out. So it could be just a glitch from the update. I'll try post in the preview programme
forum and see if anyone has the same problem.

hi there i recently became a preview programme member but still cannot access the private preview programme forums is there any chance someone may be able to rectify this problem

If you launch the Xbox Preview Dashboard App and select Registration does the console console status show as Pending or Enrolled?

If your console status is Enrolled then your console is running the preview build and to submit feedback all you need to do is hold the Xbox button on the controller and use report a problem on the far right of this menu.

If your status is pending then your console is waiting for preview build to be sent to it.

If it shows as neither of these statuses then you need to opt into the preview program.

Hopefully my post is not too confusing.

Are any of you guys part of the Dashboard Preview Programme? Just wondering if any of the beta updates are causing issues with other apps.

Also to add to above being in the preview programme also means that you will sometimes have to deal with bugs and issues the preview dashboard can cause and some of these issues are not always easy to resolve.
