Preview programme - account already registered on this console error message.

Hi I received my invite to the preview program. My xbox one console was previously used (got it from my local CEX) so there is already an account registered to it.

So I would like to find a way round this I've been reading the various posts on here and they always mention click here to go to a group that does not exist anymore.

Xbox one update preview error

When I try to change my preview ring I get an error message saying,

"Already Registered

To make changes, sign in with the same account that signed up for this preview on this device"

Can you please help me out. I have been on the preview programme for 8 months and decided to move from "xbox one update preview delta" to "xbox one update preview beta"

Console is already registered to a different account

When I try and access the Xbox Preview Dashboard, I get the "sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account" dialogue.

Some account has already registered this console on preview. How can this be removed so I can control what audience the console is on?

If you mean the EA Access Hub code, they were issued as a once off only to preview programme members who were already in the programme.

EA Acess codes are not issued to new preview programme members.

If you mean a preview programme message, perhaps Microsoft didn't accept you into the preview programme.

Not every invite is successful.

I want to register for the Dashboard Preview Program, but I haven't the option to register on my Xbox 360 console. Can you please register my console for the Dashboard Preview Programm ? Or who I could register for it ? Please help me, because I like to
