Preview Program

I love being part of the Preview, but I noticed a few games that I have bought are appearing as if I never bought them. After spending half an hour on the phone with Microsoft Support, they told me to come here and I would have my problem addressed and fixed,
so here I am. Any and all help is welcome. Also, if this is something that has already been answered or whatnot, please leave a link to the post. Sorry if this is.

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

 

My Gamerscore Went Down!

Ever since I done the preview update last night in unable to sign in, click on my profile also can't click into setting I phone up support and they sent me here said you could maybe sent me out another update to fix the problem please get back to me as soon
as possible as I'm stuck offline and can't do anything.

Yes it says group not found. It can take some time as the staff has to assign the privileges. It might be better for you to start your on thread indicating what you are needing so it will be easier to spot.
