Preview program

Hello I got a message from xbox saying i was invited to the preview program, i downloaded the preview dashboard and i get a message saying sorry your console is registered to a different account

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

 

Did you buy chance buy your xbox one used. I ask because if you did then its possible whoever owned it last had that system registered to the preview program with their aacount

Sorry you're having issues with the Preview Program. Please note that just because you're invited, that does not mean that you're accepted. The Preview Program is currently pretty full, and being accepted can take some time. That said, if you're getting
the error message you received, it means that someone that used that console previously had it enrolled in the preview program. You will need to follow this link and post this question in the Preview Program Registration forums. If you receive group not found,
please post back so a moderator can assist with your access to that forum.

It says group not found and no the console is not pre ordered. I got the messsge saying welcome to the xbox preview program.

 

Could someone plz invite me to the preview program? I've been trying to get invited for awhile

 

wabbypatty5150 you will not recieve an invite to the preview program on here, this is a support forum try asking friends on your friends list if they can invite you. Thanks VintageGamer895
