Preview program

I understand that I was invited to the program multiple times and i have waited over 3 weeks i also contacted Microsoft support and they informed me that they do not know why i didn't receives an email. they informed me to post on this forum for help
can you help

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

 

Being invited does that guarantee you will be accepted to the program. If you're accepted, you will receive a message over Live. If you're not accepted, you don't. The program has also been at capacity for several months so they are barely letting anyone
else in, if it all.

 

yes i know that it dose not guarantee entrance but when i called xbox support the rep told me that he can see the invite and that i was accepted because i meet all the criteria but i still didn't receive an email so he told me to post here

 

Phone and chat support don't handle the preview program so they can't actually see if you've been accepted. If you were accepted you would have received a message on Live. If you haven't received a message, then you have not been accepted.

Hi @WDQS iNSANiTY If you were in the preview program then all you need to do is to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard then click on registration and enrol your console.

The Xbox Preview Dashboard should be sitting in the waiting to install section on the far right side of the Apps menu in My Games & Apps, If you have hidden this App I think pressing LT RT & Y when in this menu should unhide it.
