Preview Program

I did not get the email to accept my Preview Program Invite. Please resend it [Mod removed]. I called Xbox support several times and each Customer Support team has said that I had been invited but I haven't accepted it yet. And there are no restrictions
on my account or gamer tag as to explain why I haven't received the email invite.

Please assist with this...

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

 

Please don't post your email address on a public forum.

When you're accepted into the program the message is sent over Live, not via email. Being invited does not guarantee you are accepted into the program. Since the program is almost at capacity, they are no longer letting very many people in.

Apologies, but you do not receive an email invite. The invite is sent out via an Xbox LIVE message and if you fail to accept the invite before the message expires, you will unfortunately not be able to participate. The Preview Program invites have slowed
down tremendously and I believe the program is full, sorry.

First to address your assumption, I was told I would receive an email invite for me to accept my invite into the program by YOUR Customer service rep (I have email add proof) so I'm not sure where your statement is coming from.

And secondly, this is Sir Laurence's mother responding to you. ..again we never received it and have been aggressively trying to get it resent since June...his invite hadn't expired according to YOUR customer service reps account review last week, yesterday,
in June or tonight . According to them he just needs to accept his invite or reply via this forum to get the invite resent. For some reason he isn't seeing the original invite nor did he ever get this via his live account and hasn't since June.

I'm not sure about program capacity at this point but I oviousely smell something fishy. I put his email address in the chat (so what) that's a moot point at this place in the game.

 

Sorry, but we are not employees for Microsoft. These are community forums so many of us are just gamers.

If your son has been accepted into the program, he would receive a message through Xbox Live. If he has not received a message, he would need to keep an eye out for one if he does get accepted. Phone and chat support do not actually handle the preview program.
A member of support will probably respond to this thread, but they will most likely give you the same information we have.

 

All GAMERS/NON-MICROSOFT EMPLOYEES in this forum...though i appreciate your insight; please let the employees of Microsoft address my issue. This will alleviate any unecessary confusion or ellivated customer complaints. There are several issues wiithin
this matter.

Thanks for the support message.

Apologies, but support agents via chat and phone can only see if you were invited, and if you accepted the invite. If the message expired (such as letting it set there for too long) it disappears and you can't accept the invite. If you accepted the invite,
you should have been given instructions on how to participate in the preview program. A forums support agent can look into your account and see if you were accepted into the program to give you forum access to the Preview forums.

However, if you were NOT accepted into the program or didn't accept the invite, unfortunately you wont be able to participate unless someone from the community invited you again. Keep in mind though like I said before, I believe the program is full however
and you wont be able to get another invite. Also keep in mind that just because you are invited (unless invited directly from Microsoft) does NOT guarantee you access to the program.

I certainly apologize that this matter is causing so much effort for you, but rest assured that a forums support agent will be along as soon as they possibly can to address your matter further more.

As Smwutches and iNb4 Ownage put it, your invite will arrive via Xbox Live message if you are accepted to the Xbox One Preview Program. Keep in mind that being invited by a friend in the Preview Program does not guarantee acceptance. Just sit tight and you'll
know if you're accepted in if you receive that Live Message!

i was dealing with customer service today and they tole me to ask on these forums for some to add me as a friend and send an invite to the preview program, can you help?

 

You wouldnt be able to get in for a long time they have slowed down acceptance getting in as a new registeree will be a long time if they arent full already

 

@op allso if your child has a child account he wont be able to participate in any betas or preview programs

 

I have a question. Support looked up my account and confirmed i was in the program and that i didnt acccept the app. How do i get it resent? And every preview program they sent me a link to said "Group not found. Then they told me to twitter support about
it. They twitted watch my xbox messages for the link to the app. Does this sound right?

And no support cannot see if you are in the program

Only the oreview team knows who is in it or not

Also there is a hold on acceptance as the program is nearly at capacity and they have a very long waiting list
