I understand that I was invited but I don't have the app and don't know what to do can you help

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

Sorry you haven't received your Preview Program app message yet. Please know that just because you're invited does not guarantee you access to the preview app. If you have been accepted into the Preview Program you will receive a message on Xbox Live
with instructions on installing the Preview App. Please allow this 2-3 weeks to come in. I think technically it's stated a week, but due to the high saturation of players wanting access, I've seen it take well over the week.

Hello! I'm new to the forums and believe that this should be the right place to ask my question. How does one get invited to the Preview Program? I've heard of it and am wondering what I have to do or sign up for. Thanks in advance for any help you all may

To answer your question you will need to have a friend that is currently in the Preview Program and they will have to invite you. Please note that if you are invited it does not guarantee access, and it may take 2 - 3 weeks before you receive a message letting
you know you're accepted. Also, Microsoft just announced recently that the number of members in the Preview Program is nearing capacity and they are slowing down on invites.

Before requesting an invite from a friend please be aware that Preview Program members test software that may be unfinished and cause glitches or issues with your console. You can view the FAQ here:

Thanks I was told that I had been involved when I rang Microsoft support the adviser told me I had been invited but couldn't tell me anything about it as I hadn't heard about it.

 

Hi there, I was hoping i could get my problem solved here. I have been told by a xbox rep that I have been invited to the preview program, but he also noted that the user (me) still needs to accept the program agreement. Have I been accepted to the program?
If not what is the process/If so I have not received anything to agree to, at my outlook address or on my xbox one. Please help!

As stated above, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details. Thanks!
