Preview Program

I was invited to the preview program on about tuesday. and i have had xbox support verify that i am invited. however i have not received a message on what to do next. Please help.

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

Not quite. I've been invited. I just haven't gotten a service message.

 

On the FAQ's it was saying it could take up to 2 days for you to get the message on your Xbox. I have also heard that it could take days or possibly weeks to get a message . Plus even though you got an invite sometimes it doesn't necessarily mean that
you are going to get into the Preview Program. Now its more of a waiting game for you to get the Preview Program message.

 

Hey there Mash9856 due to the high volume of invites already submitted it may take longer for your invite to be processed by the preview team. Remeber just because you recieve an invite doesnt gurantee entry into the preview program. Now its a waiting game

Originally i was trying to play one of the Xbox 360 Games on my xbox, it wouldn't allow me to play on my account or download my account, then i went online and tried to access the Preview Program Forums, and each time i try to access it, it says " Group
Not Found

The requested Group cannot be found." However i am in the Xbox one Preview Program, and have been for awhile now, but still no access to the forums. Any ideas?

i was dealing with customer service today and they tole me to ask on these forums for some to add me as a friend and send an invite to the preview program, can you help?

 

Okay i wad talking to customer support and I used to be part of the program. I loaded up my xbox today and the app was gone. So going through customer support they told me to message in the form but it won't allow me to access the private form. Please add
me to the program or someone that is a member add me!

Invites are not sent out over the support forums, and the preview program is now reaching it's limit, and you are unlikely to be invited.

P.S - The Gamertag you have chosen for your profile may be seen as offensive, so just bare in mind that you might have your Gamertag reset if you get reported...
