Preview Program

Hi guys i have been talking to multiple agents over the past 3 weeks about my preview program invite. I have been told that my name and gamertag has been sent to the rangers for a personal invite and have not heard a thing back. I have also had another agent
tell me the problem will be solved within 24 hours via a message to my console which i havent recieved please guys help me out..

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

 

Well thing is the program has been full for weeks and the sulport doesnt have access to rhenpeeview team

Nor can they force pview team to accept you

Fyi it is a limited beta

That means it will have bugs that will needto be worked on

Also being invited doesnt garentee you will be accepted and it will be months before you receive an invite due to the fact it is full

 

i understand, But i was invited months ago and the rangers were meant to be sending me an invite and i havent recieved it

 

If you are under 18 or have recent enforcement action on your account you cant be in the beta

1 year after the last enforcement action or if you have a child account not until you are 18

 

i have had no issue with the enforcement team and is over 18

 

The rangers have nothing to do with the preview program. Even if they did send you an invite, being invited is not a guarantee you will be accepted into the program. If you are accepted, you will receive a message over Live. If you're not accepted, you won't
receive anything. The program has been at capacity for months so they have not been letting very many people in, if any at all.

 

well why do i have agents saying things that have nothing to do with the problem

 

Unfortunately phone and chat support have been known to give incorrect information when it comes to things they don't handle directly.

 

well what can i do to go about fixing the issue than ??

 

Nothing, if you get an invitation you get it, if you don't you dont, really it's as simple as that. They are not obligated to accept anyone, and they aren't accepting anyone else right now. Support and chat have nothing to do with it, if they were given
the ability to add people the support line would be flooded with unneccessary calls. This is one of those situations you're just going to have to ride out and hope you get accepted to the next one. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about any confusion that this may have caused. As Smwutches has stated above, being invited to the Preview Program does not guarantee that you will be accepted. If you are accepted, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details.
Keep in mind, the Preview Program has reached capacity and the Preview team is slowing the number of folks they are accepting.
