Preview program

I was referred here my support. I was invited to the preview program but never received a email to register my console and download the app. I need it reset. My gamertag is

No, there is no preview program invites anymore. Also, that's early access game you can buy it without being in the preview program.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

The Preview Program is nearly full, if not already full. Not everyone that is invited will be accepted into the program either. At this point, chances of getting into the preview program as slim especially not having a current Gold subscription. Let us

I do gave a active gold membership now

 

According to your forum card, your gamer tag is in silver text indicating a silver account. Double-check your subscriptions at
account.xbox.com/.../Manage for your Gold subscription expiration date. Regardless though, at this point it is just a matter of a waiting game to see if you get an acceptance Xbox Live
message.
