Preview Program - Want out, can't access forums

Okay so yesterday, I had an issue where my copy of Rock Band 4 just randomly uninstalled itself. I tried for hours on end to reinstall it and get the update installed. It wouldn't install the update. Around 2330 [11:30PM] I got interrupted by a dialog
for a system update. That system update proceeded to take 7 hours, and it stopped several times. I restarted it each time, and it finally finished. It got through the Preparing Console screen, and then an error popped up. I was on a Chat this morning when
that happened, and got a small resolution to my issue. However, I still have the preview of the new Dashboard. And my console is just running very slow, all my actions are delayed, and basically this was long-winded way of saying

I WANT OUT OF THE PREVIEW PROGRAM.

Since I had to basically do a restore of my console, I do not have the preview app on there any longer, and I cannot access the Preview Member forum. If someone can help me with this issue, it'd be greatly appreciated.

The only time I have seen a 360 error on the One is when it had to do with a preview update, which is why I assumed they are in the preview program. If you are in the preview program and can't access the preview forums, you'll want to create a new post asking
for access

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

Hey there, OllyBongo89! Daft messaged me letting me know you can't access the Preview forums. Since you've only been invited so far and can't register, I got you access to the
Preview Program Support forums. You will want to post in there that your console is registered to someone else in the program and you'd like it removed so you can register it.
They should get to you over the next few days (they are slammed with the current roll out, patience is appreciated). Thanks for posting!

I too have no access to the preview forum. I am enrolled in the the program, just can't seem to gain access to the forum.
