Preview program update.

When logging in, I can't do anything. At all. Period. I can't go to apps, my games, nothing. I can't even stay at the home page for more than five seconds without the system closing me down to the main screen where the current app or game is displayed. The
new update has *** near rendered my Xbox useless ATM.

Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

anyone in the preview program get the update yet?

 

I posted this on two other threads I had the exact same problem started the updated came home from work 9 hours later 75% I contacted customer support and the first guy told me to turn the xbox off and unplug it for 2 minutes I did that then it went back
to the original dashboard but wouldn't let me connect to the internet so I turned it off and on the updated it again and it got stuck at 75% then I turned it off again unplugged it and when I put it back on it loaded the new dashboard but then I had loads
of problems I couldn't sign in couldn't play games it wouldn't even puck up my router so I contacted customer support again but this time they told me it was corrupt and to replace the os put it wasn't on there hyper link so I contacted them a third time and
they said that it was a know issue and a new update will be released within 24 hours

 

Yeah it's frustrating. I understand that during this program there are supposed to be bugs, but something THIS bad, should have been fixed before shipped because I currently cannot play because of this.

 

I totally understand where your coming from I mean I finished work today with the thought of being able to go home and play some games but instead I spent the majority of day on customer support trying to get answers I really hope they do sort this out soon
otherwise there will be a lot of unhappy people
