    Preview Program - Update not received


    Hi,

    I was referred by Microsoft Support to be assisted by the Preview Program team.

    I was recently invited to the program and got a message to join. Its been about 48 hours and I have not received the update to put my console into the Xbox Preview Program.

    My console last checked for an update earlier today, and my last update was on the 6th of June.

    When I go to: Settings > System - it says that there is no update available.

    I was just wondering if you could get this sorted.

    X1 update?

    I turned on my X1 today before I left for work and it received an update. I am in the preview program but not sure what the update was about. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Xbox One Automatic Annoying Updates

    You are in the Preview program. that's part of it. 2-3 weeks out of the month you will get updates 2-3 times a week. if you don't want to receive those updates you need to cancel your registration to the program.

    Same issue here. I got my invite Saturday night and got that all set up but my console still had not updated as of this morning.

    Got my update. My advice for everyone that is waiting for an update is to do just that, wait it out.

    Xbox Preview Program

    Hi there!

    For preview program problems you will need to post in the preview program forums.

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    Also, joining the preview program may not guarantee that you'll be in the current wave of preview updates for backwards compatibility, meaning you could have to wait until next month to start receiving updates.

    Remove from Xbox preview program

    Hey there OwnedGenie.

    We've reached out to the preview team and your console should now be removed from the preview program. Because your console has been receiving preview updates it will factory reset, but you will no longer be receiving preview updates. Thanks for your patience
