PREVIEW PROGRAM UPDATE INTERFERING WITH NETWORK

ERROR CODES: 0x800C000B, 0x80071DA

Hello there, I can not connect to my party, start a party or even play certain games online I always get the message "Sorry this is blocked" whenever I to even start a party.

I have done all trouble shoot steps, even called a representative on XBL support who told me this was a preview program issue. Please help and fix immediately I literally can not do anything on Xbox Live at this point because of your bugs.

All invites and messages that I send are delayed too.

Note: IF this is on the wrong forum please just simply move it and answer my problem instead of having me remake the entire topic again. Thanks

Remove me from preview program

hi it was recommended to me to come here and ask to remove me from the preview program as it is apparently interfering with my XBL subscription and my ability to obtain GWG

 

Pressed "Skipped & stay offline" by mistake now my console says "No Update Available" -- Not able to update to new OS

I'm a preview member, but today I was prompted to download the update and it said there was a problem with my network and I pressed "Skip & Stay offline" now when I go to settings and go to the update option its stuck on "No update available" even though
I'm an existing preview program member.

I do think it is necessary to run him / her through basic network troubleshooting.

First i should recommend you going to settings - network - network settings - advanced settings - alternate MAC address - clear - restart

Next i want you to power cycle the console clearing the cache.

Hold the power button on the console until it powers down unplug it from receiving power and sending HDMi signals wait up to 5-6 minutes uninterrupted and then re-plug it in and boot up the console, the green Xbox boot logo should appear let it finish once
you are at the home test your internet connectivity / multiplayer connectivity.

If it still persists follow the link to the preview forums in the thread previously posted and report it.
