    Preview Program update, bricked console


    Hello there, I believe a console update last week through the Xbox360 Preview Program has inadvertently left my console unable to connect to xbox live. You will also note that my console is showing a ban from April 2012, however as early as last week I was
    browsing the Black Friday sale, watching netflix, etc. and had just purchased the $1 month of Live for the holidays. Please help.. No one will do anything..

    Xbox One Won't Load Past Green Screen

    Did you update to the NXOE via the preview program? These updates bricked many consoles, mine included.

    I can't figure out what happened

    Did you update to the new home screen via the preview program? Many of us are having problems with it. Pretty much bricked my console.

    Sorry to hear you're having a problem. However, if your console was banned in 2012 and yet, you were still using it online then it is possible the console has been modded in an attempt to circumvent the ban.

    As you stated the console was banned this does seem to be the issue here and, as such, we are unable to assist you.

    My final opinion on the Preview Program:

    You have access to future updates, but are at the mercy of MS and the updates.... early BC may mean a console brick the next day... understand the consequences of the preview program... end/

    Did you update to the new home screen via the preview program? Many of us are having problems with it. Pretty much bricked my console.

    Anyone else stuck in the update loop and did Xbox charge you to replace the console?

    The hard reset does not work on consoles with the preview update. You can request to leave the program....but that doesn't get me out of the preview build and you can't go back to the old builds. And out of warranty console are charged 150.00 if it bricks
    in the preview........Don't do it.
