    Preview Program Troubles


    Hi, heard there's a forum for this but its coming up groups not found when I search it

    I successfully downloaded a 1.1G update that gave me the new UI yesterday. Today I got a black screen starting a game.

    I rebooted the console (hard reset) and now it doesn't detect a signal for few mins even though HDMI is plugged in and been reversed.

    After it detects signal I get the endless green load screen. Ive left it for 3min each time as per instructions.

    HALP please.

    To add on to ngocphi's post, the Preview Program is at maximum capacity. They have been for quite some time. When you are invited, you are added to a queue which is quite large now. When the Program either expands or releases inactive members, then more
    gamers will be given the opportunity to take part.

    Preview Program trouble

    Then you have to wait

    Being sent an invite by a friend doesn't happen automatically you have to wajt for the invite wave then wait on the waiting list for an open spot in the beta

    Being invited doesn't garentee you will be accepted and they are being very picky on who they allow in

    Hi Archfall25,

    as you guessed this needs to go in the preview area - the preview team don't check these forums.

    The 'group not found' is an forum access error, when the main support team spot this thread they will verify you are in the program and sort the access issue out.

    Keep an eye on this thread for an update once they have sorted it for you.

    Hi Driftxy,

    Please use the preview forums for preview related issues
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx
    it really is the best place to get help and info with the preview program.

    A hard reset may help you, hold the power button on the xbox for 5-10 seconds until it shuts off and then restart you console.

    You can find a known issues list in the preview dashboard app which may have info about your games your having issues with.

    There is a problem with the latest update the MTU as dropped to 510 which is a big problem, Do as Mythreign suggests and check the preview forum.
