    Preview program support.


    I was told to post this here from Xbox chat support. I received an invite to the Xbox preview program but accidentally deleted the message before accepting the invite. It says in the preview program FAQ to post in their forum for help with this but I dont
    have access to that forum yet. Hopefully you can help me with that.

    Preview program support

    i have been invited by 2 of my friends to the preview program about 3 weeks ago and still have received nothing. I contacted Xbox support today and they informed me that I have been invited and should have received my code to register my Xbox. They told
    me to post on the early access forums but I can't get access to them. Please help!

    Hi I was invited by my friend and downloaded the preview app but it says that my console is already registered to another account meaning I can't use it. My Xbox is preowned which explains the other account but on my Xbox system there is no trace of this
    account. Can anyone help me and assist me in managing to register my account with the console in the preview problem thanks.

    Hey folks,

    the main support guys and gals are monitoring the forums - once they see this thread and verify that you are in the preview program they will grant you access to the preview forums. (You get the group not found error when you do not have access).

    Once access has been given - you need to post a new thread in registration support forum as lcast mentioned so the preview team can get you all sorted.
