Preview Program Stole My Money, Can't Get Content

DO NOT ENTER THE PREVIEW PROGRAM.

I entered it to provide some feedback to Xbox and be helpful. While in the program I downloaded and paid for content. It did NOT work but they took my money. I opted out of the preview program. Now that Im out I still can't access my purchase at all and
it prompts me to purchase it again BUT THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY.

Called up support.

Randy says he can't help me and that I need to go to the preview forums and ask for help there. Emailed me a link to it. Link says group not found (likely because I opted out, as I explained probably 5+ times).

Now I am stuck being charged for content that I cannot access and I have wasted time running around in a circle trying to fix this whole noone at Microsoft is willing to help even though it is their fault.....

so because someone stole my account i have pay for ereything all over again theres no way i can have my money reimburse or get cradit for my downloadable content and it wont let me play me downloadable content without my account

 

You don't redownload the content in the store

You never ever do that

You must do it in your ready to install section

 

There is literally no difference between accessing content in the store or ready to download section. If you bought a game, you will be able to do both.

But as is the case currently with Preview members, our purchases are not registering to our accounts in the store.

AreUokay, I believe you should still be able to access the Preview forums even though you've opted out of the next build. If I'm not mistaken, you are still enrolled in the program, you just won't receive future updates. You are currently running a Preview
build, so that in itself should give you access to the forums.

I'm having the exact same problems as you: the store is not registering my purchases even though they show up in my purchase history, and I also cannot access the Preview forums.

 

I'm getting the same problem any ideas?

Also remember that items purchased through your Xbox under the preview program will probably not work on non-preview builds, per the release notes

 

I can't access the preview forums. I bought inside on my home console with the new preview build. I can play there no problem. Got an email confirmation about my purchase. But when I tried to play at my brothers house non-preview console, it didn't work.
It wasn't in my ready to install section and when I went to the game store it looked as if it was never purchased. When I checked on my phone on the Xbox app it appeared the same way as if I do not own the game. What am I supposed to do?

 

There is an issue at the moment with the latest build.As Code Monkie said,any games bought while on the latest build of the dash/preview will only work on consoles in the preview program.

 

You shouldn't have opted out of Preview Program as they have individualized responses for unique cases such as these that are only experienced by Preview members. It's a beta testing ground. It's normal to receive such issues.
