Preview program still not updating

    Preview program still not updating


    I have been in the preview program for a couple of months now and my xbox has not updated at all

    Xbox live connection issue

    dependin on the xb1 and what update you are on this can happen.. the newer update with the user interface similar to windows10 had a big update to part chatt.. it even expanded how many in the party.. pre the windows 10 update allot of users had issues with chatt with people in the preview program and people not.. not sure if the problems still exist..

    Preview program still not updating

    Are you absolutely sure you are in the preview program?

    When you go to the "Xbox Preview Dashboard" app, does it suggest you have the latest updates?

    Do you have your Xbox on the Instant-On mode, which will automatically download all updates?

    When i goto the app it says "You'll get a service message on your xbox one soon with more info" But it has been saying that for months now

    Preview program still not updating

    Okay, in that case I would recommend waiting until a support staff member looks through the thread. They should be able to manually sort things out for you.

    As bloke said above, you will need to be invited by someone who is currently participating in the Preview Program. In the future, please go ahead and create a new thread. This way you can receive support specifically tailored to you.

    The preview program is still active. The release of NXOE was not the final release for the preview program, it will just go back to normal now. You will still get preview updates before they are released to the public.
