Preview Program - Spoken to support Reffered to here HELP!!!!

Hi There,

I have spoken to one of your colleagues by the name of Elmon on the Live Chat function. I have found out that i have been invited to the preview program but still cannot access these features on the Xbox one Console its self , please could you go through
the process and manually add the access and permission i need to launch the preview application within the Xbox one OS.

I have been a Live member for 9 Years and spent near to £6,000 with yourselves , i also BETA Tested Xbox live , Please Help ,

Games crashing help???

since recieving my consoke back from repair many of my games will not start now. Xbox support have said it is an issue with preview dashboard updates and reffered me to here. Can someone help me please?

 

Can't Find Preview App?

I was accepted into the Xbox Preview Program awhile ago, but just wiped my Xbox One harddrive, and upon doing that, I can't redownload the app. I spoke to Florence over the tech support chat, and she confirmed that I am indeed a part of the program.

"As I had checked on here and I can see that this does have the preview program adam ."

We tried some things, then she suggested I come to the forums for help. Can anyone help me out here?

 

There is no point on postinf sr numbers noone can seee it on forums except offical support

Being invited doesnt garentee you would get accepted

Support says you are enroll pending in your registration app then you ar ejust waiting for the next update acceptance wave

 

Well i spoke to a support member and he had told me all i needed to do was get in touch with the support on the forum , don't know why i wouldn't be accepted , been a member since 2005 , and spent a lot of money .
