Preview Program Service Message

I spoke with Xbox support on two occasions. I was told that i had already signed up for the preview program and i should have received a service message containing details on getting the preview app on my xbox one. I have received no such message and
i have looked back through my history to check if i missed it. The person i spoke to told me to post on here so that the moderators could see my post to get a service message sent out to me, so all i need is the service message sending to my Gamertag.

Before anyone asks yes i have checked the forums already, even the one that says 'Group not found' and i'm getting nowhere.

Also i got a friend to invite me to the program just in case, that was a while back now.

Any help would be appreciated.

I get 10 messages a day asking for me to invite them to the preview program. I'm sick of these messages popping up. Can you please fully delete this thread for me?

 

Xbox Preview Dashboard issue

Hello, so I registered for the preview program quite a while ago, maybe around a year ago.

Shortly after registering for the preview program I received a message on the Xbox Preview Dashboard app stating "Thanks for joining, You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info", however I never received further information on this
and did not receive a "service message" on my Xbox so now whenever I open the app on my console I am given the same message.

How am I able to access the features of the preview program app, I can only see this message and an exit button on the Xbox Preview Dashboard app currently and I am still on the public live dashboard version.

 

Yeah trying to get an invite seems to be impossible, still trying myself.....

 

If i ever get one sorted I'll be sure to invite you, but on all 3 occasions of me speaking to customer support they say i should have received one as it's showing my preview member status as active.

 

You have to remember that an abnormal amount of people are trying to get into a limited beta

It is going to take extra time

Even if you do get invited there is no garentee you will get in if you dont meet the criteria

 

Also after you get the preview app unless you got the console registration app which says enroll pending you will have to wait for the next download update wave

 

They do the downloads in batches

it's fine now anyway guys I got in touch with Xbox support on Twitter and enabled me to post of the preview program forums, got through to the right person and they sent me a code straight away. currently got enroll pending as you said now so I'm just playing
the waiting game. If anybody wants an invite let me know.

 

also my grammar sucks apparently.
