Preview Program Section

Well I'm new to the xbox forums so I'm not exactly sure where to post. I am having issues with the registering of my console for the preview program. I have tried to access the preview program section but it keeps showing "group is not found". I received
a message on my xbox saying I was invited into the program, so I downloaded the Xbox Preview Dashboard, and I followed the steps. Whenever I go to registration, it says my group is still pending. I was accepted into the program atleast 4 days ago and the message
said I should be registered in less than 72 hours. I can't get the new update either. Thanks so much for any help provided!

I am not in the preview program and even I know you all are posting in the wrong section. Try going to your preview sections of the forums.

I would wait another few days.

If that does not work then see if you are able to get another invite.

 

it has been over 3 days here and my registration is still pending without a console update as well

 

I also have a problem, My console is registered to another person as it's second hand. Is there any way to register me to this console in order to use the preview program?
