    PREVIEW PROGRAM RUINING MY EXPERIENCE


    DO NOT ENTER THE PREVIEW PROGRAM.

    I entered it to provide some feedback to Xbox and be helpful. While in the program I downloaded and paid for content. It did NOT work but they took my money. I opted out of the preview program. Now that Im out I still can't access my purchase at all and
    it prompts me to purchase it again BUT THEY STILL TOOK MY MONEY.

    Called up support.

    Randy says he can't help me and that I need to go to the preview forums and ask for help there. Emailed me a link to it. Link says group not found (likely because I opted out, as I explained probably 5+ times).

    Now I am stuck being charged for content that I cannot access and I have wasted time running around in a circle trying to fix this whole noone at Microsoft is willing to help even though it is their fault...

    It was clearly stated that any content downloaded while in the current Preview would only be playable on a console in the Preview. You should have resolved the issue with it not working in the first place while you were still in Preview.

    Maybe you should try to get the purchase refunded so you can purchase the content again. That would be done by contacting billing support for your region.

    The issue is the change to the common store front (Win10, Mobile, Xbox, Holodeck) in the current Preview build. Other consoles not in Preview are still accessing the old store and the content in the new one and it's licensing is not the same as the content
    in the old storefront and it's licensing. The titles are the same but not the licensing. MS is responsible, sure, but you leaving Preview didn't help at all and I don't think due to the content license that you can really do anything except try to get the
    refund and rebuy or be patient and wait.
