preview program ruined my xbox

i was recently invited into the preview program and after a very long processing and registration time of over a month from when i first got my invite till when the update actually occurred, at first i was amazed the layout looked sleek and smooth shortcuts
where made even faster and the narrator feature was a cool touch when only about a short time into the program it started to loose its appeal, right off the bat i immediately lost all hand gestures my xbox stopped recognizing them all which was quite sad i
was fond of using them often, next i noticed the quality in verbal response was greatly decreased it barely recognizes my voice anymore when before i never had a problem, i now constantly experience moments where games and apps will randomly freeze and close
then my xbox returns to dashboard after several minutes of a frozen loading screen, my network connection speed and stability were also negatively affected immediately after the update since the update i have been forced to keep my xbox on a wired internet
connection due to the fact that after the update my xbox could no longer even identify any wireless network access points, when i ran a network test it stated that there was a hardware problem and it needed to be sent in but i purchased my xbox near its original
release date and my warranty is no longer active , my xbox smartglass app stopped connecting to my xbox as well, the achievement art background that had been set on my profile (the only one on my xbox using the program) has disappeared and been replaced with
nothing but a blank grey page and cannot be changed. i have been an xbox live gamer for many years now and this has been a depressing experience to the point i no longer even enjoy using my xbox cause of all the errors it is now plagued with.

Lost preview dashboard app

I downgraded from the windows 10 dashboard because it ruined my connection, my connection works now however although i should still be in the preview program i no longer have the preview dashboard app, can i get it back?
